Only 1.5 days left in this madness. I've stopped taking the drops, and I've had a few things that I haven't normally had on this diet. Like eggs and bacon, and broccoli.
I'm feeling well still. It's right before lunch, so I'm starting to get a little hungry. I don't really feel any different from the days when I did take the drops, so I'm really wondering. Did they do anything? Even placebo wise? I just don't know.
Someone should try saving the $ on buying drops and just do the diet without and see if you get the same results as I've had over the past 3 weeks. 3 weeks. Wow. I can't really believe that I made it this long on show a low calorie restriction.
I really think what I can take away from this is that I do have will power and I can keep myself from overeating, and eating things that are bad for me. Now to get back on a normal diet eating more of the right things than bad, and hopefully continue to lose weight. Albeit at a lesser speed.
I think I'm ok with that. Maybe I can transfer my daily weigh ins to weekly weign ins and it'll feel about the same. Lost a lb or 2 a week.
I also want to get back into fitness and start building some muscles that I have surely lost over these weeks. It'll surprise me if I'm actually able to lift the same amount and do the same things I was doing like the Power 90. I will definitely let you know how that is going.
So, what's the transition going to be? I can't just go back to how things were before hand or I will most definitely gain the weight back, and probably faster than even I could believe.
I will be getting me a 5 guys hamburger the day I quit this, just because I've been craving it for so long. I will also walk that day to burn off whatever calories I eat from it.
Then from that day on, I plan on going low carb. Possibly even doing the atkins induction diet for a month. I'll make a final decision after talking to Chris and see what we want to do together.
Speaking of Chris. I could not have done this without her. I truly couldn't. She has been an inspiration and a rock whenever I had those temptations for something else besides what we were eating, she has been there to help me through. Very understand of irritable moods, which I don't think I've really had that many of. But she might have a different story. Thank you Chris. I love you.
Ok, enough of that. I have today and tomorrow, and then on WED I will have my final weigh in for the hCG diet and everything I've learned from it. Let's see if I can get another lb lost and really lose 25 lbs. As it is now. Unless I gain weight, i will have atleast hit the advertised 1lb a day mark.
