So I'm feeling better about everything today. I started thinking today more about how it's not about losing weight, it's about just being. Being healthy. And I'm not. I'm eating fewer calories sure, but it's not the best calories. I'm not working out.
Today i did get a mile walk in. A bit forced, but the guys at work were going to the track and forced me to go. Now I didn't have the right shoes, which was stupid cause my feet are killing my from blisters now, but oh well. Atleast I walked.
Now, if I can get a walk in at work, and more at home, then heck. That's some good walking, then get my weight down and start running more. Seems like a good plan.
