So, I woke up this morning, and I've gained 2 lbs so far. I'm up to 334. Not the best on a new diet. Hopefully I'll drop that fast when I start reducing calories, and I also told Chris about my idea for the blog/podcast, and she thinks I'm insane, and she's worried about my health. Well, I'm worried about my health too, so drastic measures time! 10 drops before my breakfast of another fiber bar and water.
Looking forward to my last real lunch with work buddies. I might push for 5 guys for my last burger and fries for 30 days.
