Eat Dumb for 30 days

Ok, so I'm doing something new. I know it will probably upset some people who read this blog and listen to the podcast, but I need a change up. I should probably go ahead and apologize to Hunter too, because I know he's going to not like this too much.

Anyways, my new plan is to try different diets, and exercise plans. The new fads, the things that are out there, and see what they are like. Now, I don't know if this is the healthy way to do it, because I know that yo-yo dieting isn't the best on your body. But I'm going to go one month on, and one month off. On the off months I am going to follow the Eat Smart for Life way. Watching what I eat and moderate exercise 3-5 times a week.

I know. Crazy. Right? Well that's me. But honestly, I'm just not ready for the eat smart for life way oddly enough. I don't know why, but maybe this madness will trigger whatever is needed inside of me to do what I need to do.

So, this is the first post explaining what I'm going to be doing for the next year or so. Next post will be the start of it.
