I went to see the doctor yesterday. Stress related issues mostly. Going to see if Lexapro will normalize me a bit until all these NASA cuts and stuff settle down a bit. I'm not sure how that will affect my diet. I feel like I'm starving right now, but oh well. I've got to get some blood work done and see if that's all normal and I quit smoking again, so now, back to focusing on exercise and eating healthy.
I'll let you know how all this is affecting me and see if it helps or hurts, or does nothing.
