Well today was more weight loss. A WHOLE 1.4 LB. I can live with that! 14.8 lbs in 11 days. Really 9 since the first two are load up days. I guess that's how you count it. One more day till weigh in. I'm on track to lose more than 15lbs for the competition, which I think will be good. May or may not be the last week due to layoffs out here on base, but hey! Could definitely use the extra $$ from winning! Oh god.. I can't even type the word without hearing Charlie Sheen in my head. HE IS A WARLOCK. That's magic. Pure Sheenius.
Anyways. I'm off to drink some water and try not to think about food! I did notch my belt in another slot today, the last one! So I'm trying to think about that as well :)
