The hCG Diet: Day 3 (Lunch)

So, I just had lunch. Which consisted of 3oz of ground beef, and grilled onions. Yum. Yeah.. no. This diet sucks! But i'm going to keep with it and see if it changes over the next few days. I figure I can do ANYTHING for 21 days. And if I lose 21 lbs in that time, i'll be back to pre-quit-workout days, and will have no excuse not to start working out again.

Well.. i'm sure I'll think of something. Now to eat my orange.
