So, after trying a few smoothie recipes, I have modified Scott's to come up with my own, and I have to say. I LOVE IT. Not sure it's as healthy, but here it goes.
Fruit Punch Smoothie
1 cup spinach
10 oz frozen fruit (I split a small bag of frozen fruit, and I think it's a 20oz bag. I'll have to double check)
1/2 banana
1/3 blueberry container (I'll have to measure this out. There is a container at publix that the blueberries come in and I use 1/3rd of that container. About a handful)
Cover this in a blender with Fruit Punch crystal light and blend.
